01 How fast is delivery?
Our trucks run multiple routes every business day across Southern California. Order in the morning and it's often on your bench the same afternoon.
02 Do you have will-call pickup?
Yes — all four locations (North Hollywood, Mid-City LA, Covina, and Oxnard) offer will-call, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
03 Do I need an account to buy?
Walk-ins are always welcome. Commercial accounts unlock wholesale pricing, Net-30 terms, and a spot on our daily delivery routes.
04 Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Yes, for approved commercial accounts. Apply on our Open an Account page — most applications are reviewed within a business day.
05 What's the free paint machine program?
Switch your paint line to us and we install the complete mixing system — machine, scale, computer, and spectrophotometer — in your shop free of charge. See the Paint Machine Inquiry page for details.
06 How do I get an SDS or TDS?
Just ask. Tell us the product and we'll send the current Safety Data Sheet or Technical Data Sheet, usually the same day.
07 Can you help with SCAQMD or OSHA requests?
Yes. We generate VOC purchase-history reports if the AQMD requests them from your shop, and we support OSHA-related documentation, respirator, and PPE questions.
08 Can you get products that aren't on the site?
Almost always. Our brand list runs far deeper than the website — if a pro shop needs it, we can get it.
