The Kovax 1911523 is a K-1500 Tolecut PSA 8-Cut Block Sanding Sheet, part of the Kovax Tolecut Touch-Up System — the most advanced and precise dry sanding solution for removing dust nibs, runs, and sags from automotive clear coat and topcoat finishes. Each full sheet measures 70 x 114 mm and is pre-cut into 8 self-stick squares (29 x 35 mm each) that peel off and adhere directly to Toleblocks or the Tolecard for targeted spot repair with no risk of oversanding surrounding paint.

Tolecut uses high-tech abrasives on a urethane film backing with Dry Anti-Clogging technology, enabling complete dry sanding so the technician can monitor progress in real time without water or slurry cleanup. As the imperfection is sanded level, guide coat (if applied) clears from high spots first — giving a clear visual indicator of when the defect is fully removed. Tolecut is compatible with the full Kovax grit progression from K-800 through K-3000, working from initial defect removal through pre-polish refinement.
