Kovax 9710047 – Tolecut Toleblock Sanding Block (2 Pack)

The Kovax 9710047 Toleblock is the precision sanding block designed for use with Kovax Tolecut PSA 8-cut block sanding sheets in the Tolecut Touch-Up System. The Toleblock provides a firm, flat sanding surface and ergonomic grip that enables controlled, even pressure when removing dust nibs, runs, and sags from automotive clear coat — eliminating the inconsistency and risk of finger impressions that come from hand sanding without a block.

Tolecut PSA squares (29 x 35 mm) are sized to protrude 1.5 mm over the edges of the Toleblock when centered, allowing sanding right to the edge of a defect area with precision. The dry sanding approach means continuous progress monitoring without water or slurry, making it easy to stop the moment the imperfection is fully level before moving to the next grit. Compatible with the complete Tolecut grit range from K-800 through K-3000. This pack includes 2 Toleblocks.
