The Kovax 9780002 is a White Dry Guide Coat applicator, part of the Kovax Eagle dry guide coat system for automotive body preparation and surface leveling. Applied as a thin, dry powder over primer, filler, or body panels before sanding, the guide coat reveals low spots, pinholes, scratches, and surface irregularities that would otherwise be invisible to the eye — enabling precise, efficient surface leveling without reapplying filler or primer unnecessarily.

Unlike wet guide coats, the dry powder formula applies instantly with the built-in applicator and dries on contact — no wait time required before sanding. As the surface is sanded level, the guide coat is removed from high spots first, leaving powder residue in low spots, pinholes, and scratches to give a clear visual map of where additional work is needed. White color provides strong contrast over dark primers, body fillers, and sealers.
