The Mirka 18-118-447 is a Very Fine 360 Grit Mirlon Total Non-Woven Scuff Pad, part of the Mirka Mirlon Total system — a more aggressive evolution of the standard Mirlon pad developed using Mirka's proprietary Total Coating Technology. Mirlon Total produces a denser, more consistent scratch pattern and a faster initial cut than standard Mirlon, while maintaining the flexible three-dimensional fiber structure that makes it ideal for scuffing contoured body panels, feathering repair edges, and preparing surfaces before primer application. The Red color identifies the Very Fine (360 grit) grade.

The Very Fine 360 grit is recommended for primary sanding of new parts and old paint layers, and for sanding of repair blend zones before applying primer. Mirlon Total's strengthened, open fiber structure is resistant to tearing and suitable for wet or dry use, allowing it to conform easily to curved and irregular surfaces while producing a uniform, controlled scratch pattern. Grains are evenly distributed using Total Coating Technology — not clumped — ensuring a consistent finish across the entire pad surface. Sold in a box of 25 pads.
