The Mirka 18-241-360 is a Very Fine 360 Grit Mirlon Total Non-Woven Scuff Disc with plain (non-hook-and-loop) attachment, part of the Mirka Mirlon Total disc system for machine sanding with 6-inch sanders. Developed using Mirka's Total Coating Technology, Mirlon Total discs are more aggressive than standard Mirlon and produce a denser, rapid scratch pattern for fast, uniform surface conditioning of painted panels, blend zones, and new sheet metal. The plain attachment design allows use with interface pads and compatible backup systems; for dust-free sanding, pair with the Mirka Mirlon Net Interface Pad 9116-M (sold separately).

The Very Fine 360 grit Mirlon Total disc is suited for primary sanding of new parts and old paint layers, scuffing of repair blend zones before primer, and general surface conditioning on metals, plastics, lacquers, and primers. The three-dimensional open fiber structure — made with cut fiber strands coated with resin and aluminum oxide abrasive — ensures a flexible, consistent scratch pattern and allows use on both sides of the disc.
