Description
SEM 38343 Vinyl Prep is a surface preparation cleaner formulated to clean and promote adhesion on vinyl surfaces before applying SEM Color Coat or other interior coatings. Removes contaminants including plasticizer migration, silicone, and surface oils from vinyl dashboards, door panels, and trim.
